The time is 11.51 pm normally I go to bed early but today got stuck with something and now I cant sleep so I thought to share somethings here we go valentines day the day for the lovers which is celebrated in the world wide but only few people will know that the valentine is saint he is an bachelor . The man who name has been remembered for love all over the world he hasnt got married morever he is a devot of lord jesus christ he was preaching his word to the world so thats it for the information . Lets get into the main thing the history behind valentines day in early centuries I mean after christ died his disciples went all around the world to spread the religion christianity here comes our main man the valentine has come to rome the capital city of roman empire. Then there was a major religion called paagan and they used to celebrate a festival called lupercalia in feb15 . In lupercalia they used to worship there lord by giving dogs goats ohh I mean killing the goats and dogs . The men of the great roman empire will pour the blood into their wifes or their lovers body and the men also use to beat the womens untill the blood flows out of their body .They use to believe that unless or untill the blood doesnt flow from their partner body they were not pure. Then one day king kallicius odered his army men that paagan men are not allowed to marry because he believed that by marrying the men will lose the focus on war but he got married what a jerk guys . Leave it lets head to the topic the king odered no one should get marry here comes our valentine he was conducting the marriage ceremonies for the couples who had came to him but on a one condition that they should get converted to christianity . What a genius kind of marketing but he was a doing a fine good job . The king didnt give importance to valentine because christianity is a small religion that time . But later these marriages things gettting evolved and many peoples were geeting married in presence of valaentine so the king got angered with valentine he put that gentleman in jail . He also died in jail later after some years the pope decided to honour valentine using his own kind of marketing strategies the lupercalia festival in feb 15 and valentines day in feb 14 so many peoples will easily remember the sacrifice of St valentines to people of rome and there will some who will also convert to christianity.
